Elite Hair Group was founded by Dannica Lawrence in 2016. She attended Mitchell’s Academy in Cary, North Carolina and is certified in Matrix color and techniques.

Dannica also spends time outside the salon participating in various continuing education courses. Her specialities include natural hair, color, and precision cuts.
